What to do when you get the message "fake path" when doing a file transfer in NTR Service Desk

If you see "fake path" when doing file transfers with NTR Service Desk or when doing file uploads, you need to change a security setting in Internet Explorer.

Do the following: Go to Tools > Internet Option > Security > Custom; find "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" and select Enable. Click OK
