There are generally two common scenarios that most users will experience:
The maximum amount of faulty login attempts (3) has been reached, and the account has been locked for 15 minutes. The user will have to wait for 15 minutes before attempting to log in again. This applies to: NTRsupport Ultimate, NTRsupport Pro, NTRadmin, and NTRconnect.
In NTRsupport Ultimate, the administrator can define valid IPs that operators can log in from. An operator who is unable to log in should check with the administrator to see if Valid IP has been defined, and – if it has – that it includes the operator’s IP address.
