NTRsupport Platform Improvements - Barcelona
Dear Customer,
As part of our continuous effort to increase the level of service and security we offer you, NTRsupport accounts located on the Barcelona platform (hosted by Colt Telecom) will be moved to a new facility located in Frankfurt, Germany (hosted by NTT-Verio). The new platform will offer new, better servers and greatly improve our service to your company. You will experience a brief disruption of service while we move the accounts.
When the change will take place?
We have scheduled the account migration for a time when product usage is low. The service disruption will begin on
February 19th, 2011 at 02:00 AM (CET) and will last a maximum of 5 hours. The change will also affect Domain Name Servers. It may take up to 48 hours for the update to reach all DNS servers internationally.
How this change will affect you?
Once the update is complete across all DNS servers, the www.ntrsupport.com URL will be hosted under a new IP. If you have set rules in your security devices (firewalls, proxies) you may need to replace the old addresses with the new ones. The Applet Server (used to enable Installable Remote Controls) will be also affected by the migration. If you or your customers have any rules defined in your security devices (firewalls, proxies), use the table below to find the new IP address:

Still using the www.inquiero.com domain?
We have previously issued communications requesting that you no longer use the www.inquiero.com domain. For those users who have not phased out the www.inquiero.com domain, there will be additional service changes. The domain will also be migrated to the Frankfurt platform, but the SSL certificate will not be updated. This means that associated interactive integrations will no longer be SSL certified, so you or your customers may see security warnings or be unable to connect to the service. To update interactive integrations to www.ntrsupport.com please follow the instructions clearly laid out here.
