How you can connect with someone who does not have permission to download EXE files

If you have a client who does not have permission to download EXE files (executables), you will not be able to remote connect, because NTRsupport uses an EXE file on the client side to establish remote connections.

In this case you can download and install the NTR plugin on the client side.

1. First download the NTR plugin (Log in to the Administrator Console and go to General Settings > Downloads).
2. Transfer and install the NTR plugin on the client side.
3. Connect to the client. The connection will now use ActiveX instead of downloading an executable.

NOTE: Only Internet Explorer supports ActiveX, so the client has to use IE in order for the connection to work with ActiveX.
